Founder Fertility Awareness Counseling and Training Seminars ( FACTS ) , Tony Weschler explained , stress can affect the function of the hypothalamus , the part of the brain which controls emotions , blood pressure , heart rate , body temperature and consumption behavior . The brain also regulates hormones that instruct the ovaries to release eggs .
As quoted by Babycenter , when you feel stressed , fertile period will be delayed or even not at all the case. So that when you and your partner have sex when fertile period , you may lose the chance of getting pregnant .
Tony also explained , it is important to distinguish between the stress that occurs continuously with sudden stress . Ordinary body deal with stress that are common or everyday stress . So fertile period will not be affected and remain consistent in each cycle .
